EMG Pickups Announces Tom Morello Signature TM Set

EMG Pickups announces the release of the Tom Morello signature TM Set, featuring the EMG 85 for the bridge position and the EMG H for the neck position. Tom has always used this unique combination of classic EMG designs in his iconic “Arm the Homeless” guitar, which has been his main guitar for live performances and studio recordings since the late 80’s. The TM Set comes stamped with the classic EMG logo, so it is identical to the old school EMG set loaded in Tom’s guitar.

The EMG 85 for the bridge position provides plenty of growl and bite to cover all types of rock and metal but also retains articulate clarity and expansive low-end body that sounds great for cleans and classic tones. The EMG H in the neck position is EMG’s classic S single coil design built into a humbucker cap, enabling players to get glassy single coil tones in guitars routed for humbuckers only. The combination of these two pickups creates endless versatility and a reliable foundation for epic tones, whether you are riffing along to Audioslave or Rage Against the Machine, or are forging your own unique voice on the guitar.

If you know your enemy, and your enemy is bad guitar tone, join the renegades of funk and upgrade your ax with the TM Set.
