The Sea Of Emotion is the first-ever full studio album recorded together by guitar legends Joe Satriani and Steve Vai as SatchVai. Two of the defining guitarists of modern rock, Satriani and Vai have shaped generations of players through their groundbreaking solo careers and their shared history on stages around the world.

More than five decades after a teenage Vai first took guitar lessons from Satriani, the two finally bring their distinct musical voices together across an entire album of brand-new songs. Satriani’s melodic instinct meets Vai’s adventurous, expressive approach on “Mayhem”, “Bronco Freight Train”, “Dancing”, “I Wanna Play My Guitar” featuring Glenn Hughes and the three-part title suite.
