New York City Guitarists to Unite for 5th Annual MassAppeal: Guitars -

Guitar World Magazineand New York City GuitarSchool join forces to present the 5th annual Mass Appeal:Guitars.

On Friday, June 21st, hundreds of guitarists will gather in UnionSquare in New York City for a large-scale play-along jam. MassAppeal: Guitars takes place during MakeMusicNY; New York City'sall-day music festival involving thousands of musicians throughoutthe entire city.

Mass Appeal: Guitars will take place in Union Square Park at theSouth Pavilion on Friday, June 21st, 2013 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.New York City Guitar School will hold a practice session startingat 4pm followed by opening act The Spanish Channel at 4:45pm.

This free event is open to all guitarists and will begin at6:00pm with opening remarks by Brad Tolinski, Editor in Chief ofGuitar World Magazine. Other highlights include songs led by GuitarWorld's Paul Riario and Laura B. Whitmore, with a rousing finalelead by Judas Priestess front woman MilitiA.
